(whose registered office is at Ljubljanska 7, 10431 Sveta Nedelja, Croatia) (“Greyp”, “we”, “our” or “us”), acting as data controller, is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This notice is designed to tell you about our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that you may provide via this website.
We may collect and process the following data about you
You may give us information, including information that can identify you (“Personal Data“), you use our Platforms, by filling in forms on the Platforms (such as the sign-up form), when you enter into any of our competitions, promotions or surveys, when you correspond with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise, and when you report a problem with our Platforms or bikes.
Mandatory information required to register for the service we provide on our Platforms or to access other services provided by us, including your name, email address, and a password. These fields are mandatory if you want to use our services. Greyp will not be able to provide you with the services of purchase on our website if the required information is not provided. Consequently, you will not be able to register for a user account on our website;
If you have used another website to find us, the name of the website from which you have linked to greyp.com. The name of the domain you use to access the Internet. The country from which the visit originated. The browser and OS you use to view web pages. The date and time you visited greyp.com.
The Personal Data that we collect are used for providing and improving our service. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Data. This does not include selected third parties which may process your personal information under strict contractual confidentiality agreements for the purpose of assisting Greyp Bikes d.o.o. in providing a quality online service. If and when you provide us with your Personal Data, you will have ability to access such information by an official enquiry to us and the right to correct your Personal Data
Otherwise, Greyp will never disclose, sell or transfer any personal information (names, addresses, email addresses, etc.) provided by our clients to a third party, except as may be required by law
This website uses Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors of our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry

greyp.com utilizes cookies for statistical purposes, to ascertain which pages are visited and how often and to enhance your online experience upon your return.

The Greyp website uses 128-bit encryption to protect all personal information you may submit online.
Even though we do take all reasonable and available security measures to protect your information, you have to accept that no online data transmission can be deemed 100% secure from access by unauthorized recipients and will thus not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.
Terms of sale are an integral part of purchase contract between Greyp Bikes d.o.o. and the customer.

(tax number: HR03627403593), limited liability company with a share capital of 27.800,00 Croatian kunas, registered with the Companies Register of Zagreb under number (MBS) 080680892, with its registered office at Ljubljanska 7, 10431 Sveta Nedelja, Croatia, represented by its CEO, Mate Rimac and COO Krešimir Hlede.
Method of Payment
We accept PayPal and credit card payments via T-Com PayWay gateway. All payments will be made in Croatian legal currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a s light difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Greyp G12S - electric bicycle 8.999 euro
T-Com Pay Way implements the latest standards in the protection of personal information - Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption and MD5 algorithm. ISO 8583 protocol enables secure exchange of personal information between the T-Com’s PayWay gateway system and credit card authorisation centres through a private network which is protected against unauthorised access by dual firewall.
Greyp Bikes d.o.o. assumes no liability for orders made by the customer and/or from a country to which a delivery of product(s) cannot legally be made. All expenses related to obtaining potential export/import licences for Greyp Bikes d.o.o. or any other expenses that are necessary for the valid delivery of product(s) to the customer shall be communicated to the customer. Greyp Bikes d.o.o. shall be authorized to charge to the customer all such expenses in advance of the delivery and shall have no obligation to ship product(s) to the customer before the customer advances to Greyp Bikes d.o.o. all such expenses.
EU delivery times and rules apply to all member states of the European Union and to both Norway and Switzerland. To check the price of delivery to your address, type in the address when in shopping cart to display the available shipping options and charges for your destination. Estimated delivery time to the countries of the EU, Norway and Switzerland is 15 working days from the date of payment. In case of a custom designed e-bike, delivery will be made 20 working days from the date of payment and/or date of approval of design by the customer.
NON-EU DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
Bikes are delivered to your nearest airport if you are from a country outside of the European Union. For example, when a customer from Lima, Peru orders a bike - it is delivered to Jorge Chávez International Airport. Greyp Bikes d.o.o. handles export procedure, but the customer is expected to handle import procedure and relevant taxes and costs once the bike arrives at the airport. Shipping costs to the non-EU countries are 800,00 € (VAT included). Estimated delivery time to the countries outside of the European Union is 25 working days from date of payment of purchase price and other expenses incidental to such delivery.

The customer has an obligation to inspect the product for defects at the time he or she receives the product and immediately inform Greyp Bikes d.o.o. about possible defects. In case Greyp Bikes concludes that the product defects are not caused by the customer (or the transport), Greyp Bikes d.o.o. shall remove the defects, or repair the product, or substitute the product at its own expense if the defects occur during the warranty period. In that case the customer returns the product(s) to Greyp Bikes d.o.o. at his or her own expense, whereas Greyp Bikes d.o.o. delivers the repaired product to the customer free of charge.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SALE
Greyp Bikes d.o.o. has the right to change these terms of sale. Every change of Terms od sale will be published on the web page.
Greyp products have been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards by Greyp Bikes d.o.o. This Limited Warranty offered by Greyp Bikes d.o.o. covers defects in material or workmanship in new Greyp products. Greyp warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months after the first purchase. Greyp will replace any product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. If Greyp is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or cannot be made in a timely fashion, Greyp may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.
This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. This warranty does not apply to rental or commercial use bicycles. Only consumers purchasing Greyp products from authorized Greyp retailers or resellers or through the Greyp website may obtain coverage under our limited warranties. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, alterations to the original design, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper assembly, operator error, water damage or improper follow-up maintenance. Greyp explicitly exempts from coverage any damage on bicycles used for jumping, stunt riding, rental programs, observed trials and any similar extreme riding or events.
Incidental and consequential damages are also not covered. Greyp does not cover the cost of international warranty shipping at any time, for any reason. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Greyp Bikes d.o.o.
Repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price, as provided by this warranty, is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser. Greyp bikes neither assumes nor authorizes any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this warranty. Greyp bikes shall not be liable to purchaser or any other person for any incidental, special or consequential damages, arising out of breath of this warranty or any implied warranty, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.
Some components of Greyp bike are subject to wear and tear due to their function. The rate of wear will depend on care and maintenance and the way the bike is used. Bikes that are often left in the open may also be subject to increased wear through weathering. The components below require regular maintenance. Never the less, sooner or later they will reach the end of their service life, depending on conditions and intensity of use. Parts that have reached their limit of wear and tear must be replaced.
In the event that a battery needs to be removed for return shipment to Greyp, it is customer’s responsibility to safely remove and send the battery to Greyp at its own cost. Greyp will reimburse customer for its own labour & replacement parts in the first 12 months of bike ownership. Greyp will pay to return the battery to the customer. Greyp retains the right to repair or replace battery at its sole discretion. All Lithium batteries must be shipped as Class 9 dangerous goods (HAZMAT) and must be shipped in accordance with all local and international laws. Lithium batteries sold by Greyp can NEVER be taken on board a passenger aircraft.
Razvoj nove generacije umreženih električnih bicikala – G-CEB
Kratki opis projekta
Tvrtka će razviti prvi potpuno povezani bicikl koji će integrirati kompleksnu senzoriku na samom vozilu, sakupljati podatke u realnom vremenu te slati podatke na centralni podatkovni poslužitelj. Ovaj pristup je dio trenda povezivanja svih elektroničkih proizvoda na internet usmjeren na razvoj nove generacije umreženih električnih bicikala.
Ciljevi i ocekivani rezultati projekta
Cilj ovog projekta je razviti proizvod do faze TRL 8, prema kojoj će ovo rješenje biti na razini tehnološke spremnosti za komercijalizaciju na globalnom tržištu. Unutar projekta će biti riješeni svi tehnološki rizici i problemi, što će rezultirati inovativnim proizvodom - novom generacijom umreženih električnih bicikala G-CEB. Cilj projekta je da se razvije u svijetu jedinstvena nova generacija umreženih električnih bicikala – G-CEB koji će činiti dva modela, C6-gradski bicikl i X6 off road bicikl (SUV bicikl) i time ojača konkurentnost tvrtke na tržištu.
